1. Lead submits the request form on the landing page;
2. He is the redirected to the documents’ upload page and emailed a link to the same page;
3. If the documents are not uploaded within a few minutes, sales team makes the first call to the lead;
4. Sales team will attempt to contact the lead several times within the first 3-4 days from the application, by calling, sending emails and SMS messages;
5. If the lead was successfully contacted, sales team will check if lead meats general criterions of eligibility, and will explain what documents are required to proceed. General criterions of eligibility are: Lead contact details are correct and he answers phone/email; Lead is a person applying on behalf of a VAT paying company; Company’s turnover is < €30’000 per year; Company’s age is < 12 months.
6. Once all the documents are provided, sales team moves the application to the scoring department that will have 60 minutes (during business hours) to communicate back a decision of loan issue;
7. CPL is paid;
8. Sales team communicates the decision to the customer. If it is an approval, the offer is made to the lead and eventually the agreement is signed, finally money is transferred to the lead. Agreement is signed digitally and online.
